Media Outlets and Content Creators

To be considered for the annual State Fair advertising campaign, please submit a proposal detailing how your unique method of reach would contribute to the success of the Minnesota State Fair.

If you have an advertising opportunity for Minnesota State Fair staff and agency partners to consider, email your proposal, media kit and pricing information to ads@mnstatefair.org.

If you are a content creator hoping to collaborate with the State Fair on social media, please submit your proposal, media kit and pricing information to socialmedia@mnstatefair.org.

Should there be an opportunity to pursue a partnership, State Fair staff or our agency partners will be in contact with you. Due to the high volume of submissions and limited advertising budget, you will only be contacted if more information regarding your proposal is required. The Minnesota State Fair reserves the right to decline any proposal. Thank you for considering the Minnesota State Fair as a potential strategic partner.

Advertising at the State Fair

State statute and Minnesota State Agricultural Society regulations prohibits the distribution of materials of any kind, including promotional and/or advertising materials, on the Minnesota State Fairgrounds unless distributed by a licensed commercial space-holder within the confines of that licensed commercial space. Learn more about acquiring space on the fairgrounds by becoming a sponsor or vendor. We currently do not offer advertising opportunities via our website, social media, app, e-blasts, printed pieces, signage on the grounds, etc. to parties who are not sponsors or partners.

There is an opportunity to advertise in fairgrounds restrooms on the stall doors. If you are interested in working with our restroom advertising partner, please contact Social Indoor.
