First formed in 1968 by a pair of University of Illinois students, REO Speedwagon started its musical career building a faithful following in the Midwest. Throughout the 1970s, the group blossomed into a quintet and produced a self-titled recording in 1971 under Epic Records. In the 1980s, the group produced such hits as “Keep on Loving You,” “Take It on the Run” and “Can’t Fight This Feeling.” REO Speedwagon produced their first studio album in more than 10 years in 2008 and are now back on the touring circuit.

Formed in the early 1960s in Chicago, STYX rose to prominence in the 1970s and dominated the rock scene throughout the ‘80s and early ‘90s. Known for vivid lyrics and powerful rock sounds, the band has made a lasting impression on rock history with classics like “Come Sail Away” and “Mr. Roboto.”

38 Special got their start in the mid-1970s. Being led by Donnie VanZant, brother of Lynyrd Skynyrd’s Ronnie VanZant, the group produced a string of Southern-tinged arena rock themed albums and singles. Some of the group’s most famous singles include “Second Chance,” ”Hold on Loosely” and the 1982 Top Ten singles “Caught Up in You” and “If I’d Been the One.”
