We offer great rates, friendly and professional staff, free parking, a convenient location easily accessible from anywhere in the Twin Cities metro area, and an a la carte menu of labor, equipment, catering, security and ticketing services needed to host a successful event.

Please follow these steps to begin planning an event at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds.

1. Review the Facility Rental Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) information to learn more about fees, requirements and more.

2. Complete and email the Facility Rental Inquiry Form to events@mnstatefair.org. This form MUST be filled out in its entirety by those interested in an event at the fairgrounds to begin the planning process.

3. Our events department staff will be in touch to discuss space and date availability, and other details.

4. If facilities are available on your preferred date(s), you’ll begin the licensing process, confirming additional details and be on your way to hosting a successful event!
