Pull a rope to flap the wings on our giant monarch butterfly. Minnesota’s state butterfly, the monarch, is one of the most recognizable species in North America. As an insect pollinator, its well-being depends on a healthy habitat, which includes clean water, clean air and a healthy climate. This butterfly is an ambassador for the plight of pollinators in our state and the many things we can do to protect them. Pollinators sustain and enhance our economy, maintain natural ecosystems and contribute to climate resiliency. Located in Eco Experience.
